On-Line Applications are invited from eligible Indian Citizens for appointment as Rajbhasha Officers  as and in the cadre of Assistant Manager  in Junior Management Grade Scale I in State Bank of India  :
 
Assistant Manager (Rajbasha Officer – Official Language Officer) : 17 posts (UR-10, OBC-4, SC-2, ST-1), Pay Scale : JMG-I Scale Rs. 14500-35700/-, Age : 30 years as on 01/06/2013. Age relaxation as per Govt. rules.

Application Fee : Rs. 200/- (for SC/ST/PWD Rs.50/- only) to be deposited in any branch of SBI by a prescribed deposit slip and get receipt. Details of the payment should be entered in online application form.

How to Apply : Apply Online at SBI website Candidates will be required to register themselves online first through Bank’s website After which candidates are required to pay the requisite application fee through one of the following mode-
(i) Offline mode (the system will generate a cash voucher/ challan form pre-printed with the candidate’s details which will be required to be presented at any State Bank of India branch counter with the requisite fee. On payment of the requisite fee through computer generated challan form, registration of the online application will be complete).

General Instructions:
(i) Candidates should satisfy themselves about their eligibility for the post applied for. The Bank would admit to the Online test all the candidates applying for the posts
(ii) Candidates are advised in their own interest to apply online much before the closing date and not to wait till the last date for depositing the fee to avoid the possibility of disconnection / inability / failure to log on to the website on account of heavy load on internet or website jam.

DMRC invites applications for following posts of Engineers as Assistant Managers in DMRC who have valid GATE 2013 score :

Assistant Manager (Signal & Telecom) : 04 posts (OBC-4),  Age   : 28 years, Pay Scale : Rs. 20600 – 46500

Assistant Manager (Electrical) :
43 posts (UR-22, OBC-13, SC-5, ST-3),  Age   : 28 years, Pay Scale : Rs. 20600 – 46500

Assistant Manager (Civil) :
41 posts (UR-19, OBC-11, SC-6, ST-5),  Age   : 28 years, Pay Scale : Rs. 20600 – 46500

Selection Process:
For the above posts the selection methodology will comprise a three stage selection process i.e – Paragraph Writing on technical/general topics (2 topics), Personal Interview followed by Group Discussion and Medical examination in Executive/ Technical Category.

1. The eligible candidates have to fill in their application online only, in the prescribed
format.
2. The last date for receipt of application online is 03/07/13. The detailed procedure for online application should be read carefully before filling up the application.
3. The candidate after applying online has to send the DMRC registration slip, with ink signature, photograph, thumb impression, declaration, copies of GATE Score card and Gate Registration No., etc, by speed post , to reach the DMRC latest by 12/07/13.
4. Based on the receipt of online applications, the list of pre-qualified candidates for appearing at interview (5 times the number of vacancies based on GATE Score) will be uploaded in our website on 26/07/13.

Application fee :
UR & OBC candidates who fulfill the eligibility criteria are required to pay a Non-refundable fee of Rs.250/- and SC/ST candidates are required to pay a non-refundable fee of Rs. 100/- (for processing & postage charge) for each post. In addition, transaction charges, as levied by the Bank ( SBI), for issue of Challan, will be paid directly by the candidate to Bank.
2. Fee once paid will not be refunded under any circumstances. Candidates are therefore requested to verify their eligibility, time limit etc. before paying the application fee.

How to Apply : Apply Online at DMRC website from 13/06/2013 to 03/07/2013 only. The candidate after applying online has to send the DMRC registration slip, with ink signature, photograph, thumb impression, declaration, copies of GATE  Score card and Gate Registration No., etc, by speed post , ii) Candidates are required to have a valid personal e-mail ID. It should be kept active during the currency of this recruitment process. In case a candidate does not have a valid personal e-mail ID, he/she should create his/her new e-mail ID before applying online. Under no circumstances, he/she should share/mention e-mail ID to/of any other person.

General Instructions:

1. While applying for these posts, the applicant should ensure that he/she fulfils the eligibility and other norms mentioned above as on the specified dates and that the particulars furnished by him / her are correct in all respects. In case, it is detected at any stage of recruitment that a candidate does not fulfill the eligibility norms and / or that he / she has furnished any incorrect / false information or has suppressed any material fact(s), his /her candidature will stand cancelled. 7 A candidate who claims to belong to one of the Other Backward Classes has to submit in support of his/her claim an attested copy of a certificate in the prescribed form issued by the competent authority specified by the Central Govt. in their O.M. No. 36012/22/93-Estt. (SC) dated 08.09.93.
The OBC certificate should be current & issued within one year of the closing date of the application.
8. The Candidates should keep sufficient numbers of same Photograph in reserve for future use, which they are using in the registration slip.
9. The Incomplete applications or applications received after the due date will be summarily rejected.

Mode of Selection: The candidates who fulfill the marks percentage criteria, age criteria and educational qualification, will be called for “Common Aptitude Test”

The Common Aptitude Test will consist of two Papers : Paper-I- General Aptitude, GK and current affairs, Decision making and problem solving, General English, Logical and analytical ability.
